Today it has been announced that just one year into the Government's recruitment programme, nearly 9,000 additional officers have been recruited across England and Wales, meaning that the target has been smashed and the the Government are well on track to recruit the extra 20,000 new police officers that they promised.Over 100 Police Officers have been added to the Sussex Police Force.
